We are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our team!

We’re looking for an experienced executive assistant to support our CEO, operating out of our New York office. This person will also work closely with human resources on special projects and cultural initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Organize, manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar
  • Manage travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, expenses)
  • Serve as a human resources liaison supporting employee onboarding (equipment procurement, space allocation)
  • Lead special projects, including the organization and execution of company events
  • Collaborate with Intezer’s internal team on projects and contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment
  • Ensure expense policy compliance

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a HiTech / startup environment
  • High energy, comfortable working independently
  • You enjoy working in a team and are able to apply discretion at all times
  • Service oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Google suite power user, experience with other systems will be a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
