About

Intezer is the AI SOC: an autonomous platform that triages, investigates and responds to security alerts for enterprise security teams. Our customers include NVIDIA, Salesforce, MGM Resorts and Equifax. We recently rebuilt the Intezer MCP server, connecting AI platforms like Claude, Codex and Cursor directly to our forensic investigation engine - SOC teams everywhere are now working out how to bring these tools into their workflows and we want to be the company teaching them how.

Job Description

Your job is to build Intezer's following among SOC leaders and practitioners around AI SOC best practices. You'll become our face in the SOC community: teaching analysts and engineers how to apply AI to security operations, building and sharing tools publicly, and growing a technical audience that has a low tolerance for marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Build Intezer's following among enterprise SOC teams; our focus is mid-to-large SOCs
  • Teach practitioners how to apply AI to sec operations: workshops, talks, hands-on enablement, public tool building around the Intezer MCP and AI platforms (Claude) in the SOC
  • Own the 90-day launch plan and beyond: which channels, what content, what cadence, what traction looks like
  • Produce and share practitioner content consistently - social posting, open-source tools, technical walkthroughs - and coordinate Intezer's internal voices (researchers, engineers, Field CISO)
  • Travel with the field to attend and speak at industry events (Black Hat, BSides, SANS, regional meetups) as a peer rather than a booth presence
  • Feed what you hear in the field back to product and GTM
  • Own community growth and engagement KPIs, and connect them to outcomes leadership cares about
  • Report into our CMO

Requirements

  • An experienced SOC manager or senior SecOps professional who has personally developed tools and processes for one
  • A creative AI builder who's already experimenting with AI in security workflows
  • An extrovert who wants to be a public face; you don't need a big speaking track record, but you need to genuinely want the stage, the posting cadence and the community-building work
  • A point of view on what most security vendors get wrong when they try to build a practitioner following
  • Credibility with a sceptical technical audience
  • Open to regular travel for events and field sessions

Nice to have

  • Threat research or detection engineering background
  • Existing audience, open-source projects or community presence in the SecOps space
  • Prior DevRel, advocacy or field CISO experience
