Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales)

Job Description:

As a Pre-Sales Engineer you’ll provide our customers with technical expertise and professional services to make sure they are meeting their objectives. The Pre-Sales Engineer will be a key component of Intezer’s success, working together with customers, partners, and Intezer colleagues.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team to conduct a successful POC, you’ll be responsible for the POC process and management
  • Understand each customer’s security process and make recommendations based on Intezer’s solution and industry best practices
  • Ongoing communication with customers – proactively reach out to customers and ensure they are maximizing Intezer’s solution and having a satisfying experience with the product
  • Establish highly effective relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers to ensure a close and successful long-term business relationship
  • New customer onboarding – work with new customers to design, deploy, configure and integrate Intezer’s solution in their environment and workflows  
  • Customer services – assist customers with their product questions and issues, and work with the Intezer teams to resolve the issues and answer questions
  • Identify up-sell opportunities and communicate potential risks that would threaten renewals
  • Monitor and maintain client health score and proactively drive action throughout the customer lifecycle to reduce churn risk

 

 

What do you need to succeed?

  • Pre Sales and/or Customer success experiences
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with the different products, processes and ecosystem

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager
  • Linux system administration & troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python or JavaScript

 

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Additional language – a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure, and to prioritize tasks accordingly

 

Team Player:

  • Lead Cross-functionally – Collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment, understand customer perceptions and partner together to exceed customer expectations
  • Work closely with Product and Professional Service teams to track optimization requests, best practices/technical recommendations and ensure account issues are resolved quickly
