Technical Support Specialist

Intezer, the industry leader in Autonomous Security Operations, is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to support our global customers. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer technical support cases via application and email submissions
  • Resolve users’ technical issues alongside Intezer’s engineering teams
  • Troubleshoot to distinguish between user error and actual system defects
  • Communicate customer needs to Intezer’s product teams

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role (software engineering, tech support, or similar)
  • Computer science degree (juniors welcome)
  • Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python or JavaScript
  • Experience with web services and APIs
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Experience with tech support web tools
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player
