Responsibilities
- Handle customer technical support cases via application and email submissions
- Resolve users’ technical issues alongside Intezer’s engineering teams
- Troubleshoot to distinguish between user error and actual system defects
- Communicate customer needs to Intezer’s product teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role (software engineering, tech support, or similar)
- Computer science degree (juniors welcome)
- Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python or JavaScript
- Experience with web services and APIs
- Experience working directly with customers
- Experience with tech support web tools
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player
